3x2 hang power snatch (65,95,105)
3x1 hang snatch (115,125,130)

3x10 dips

Making up some snatches for the other day. 155# was very frustrating; turnover just not fast enough. I imagine I may have rescued one if I was a bit more aggresive, or willing to press out. Next time.
