So, I haven't really seen a huge net drop in any of my times and weights since I've come back, but this one is a monster. Though as referenced in the previous post, it seems like some bikes are calibrated to measure distance differently. It's entirely possible that the huge numbers thrown up before were in km. Also, note that KL snuck in there for a round of push-ups. I was thinking of deadliftin' with him afterward, but I misunderestimated how taxing this would be. ED & I almost lost lunch on the second Tabata bike. whew. We'll have to do this again soon.
