Not quite

Warm-up:
back squat (to 3x225, 2x255)

4x1 back squat (low-bar, belt; 275,295,2x305 [f1,2])
3-3-2-1 push press (115,135,145,155)

3x15 glute-ham situps

Thought for sure that I was gonna break 300 today. I may have been a bit greedy, and stalling on the first attempt at 305 nearly killed me. It was close, but the second attempt was not. I am rarely able to come back after failing a rep; exhaustion is definitely a factor, but I think a big component is mental defeat. Oh well, at least 295 was legit, and I discovered that I can bail properly out of a back squat without a rack (bar goes behind while I launch forward). Wrist crunched on push presses, so I called it.
