Thought about doing Elizabeth today, but I wanted to do full squat cleans and my first warmup clean at 95 made me realize how absolutely terrible that idea was. Instead I did the same amount of reps without the time incentive, though I did try to go at a reasonable pace. These were really metabolically taxing, far more than I remember. I had done Elizabeth before with power cleans, and those really don't compare. The 'p's above note where I couldn't bring myself to catch the bar at the bottom and I just power cleaned the damn thing.
