Home workout

AMRAP in 20 minutes:
10 push-ups
20 sit-ups
30 squats

SS: 8 rounds + 10/20/23

My legs are on fire. Push-ups were super easy.

Nah, no name. It needs to be tweaked before it gets a name. More push-ups and perhaps more sit-ups. The squats were just right, but I might increase them anyway.

Next time I think it should go
15 push-ups
25 sit-ups
35 squats
