Wasatch workout

5 rounds:
1 min stationary bike (>100 rpm)
7 burpees

1x30 leg push-downs (randomized R,L, front)

Hit up the gym with Joe (it was a bad idea). And it wasn't just the altitude - that man has no quit in him...

Nope, was in SLC until a few hours ago, will try tomorrow and the day after - looks like rain perhaps...

Did see some climbers on the canyon wall further downcanyon, nearer to the city, where there's less snow. Kicking myself for not bringing gear - it's been in the 50s and sunny all week.

Heard the ice climbing was good - how'd it go? (and I heard G was frustrated enough finding an anchor to take it out on one of my spankin' new axes)
