New Jersey rocks

To shake things up a little, we spent the afternoon bouldering at NJRG, meeting up with Ms. Pssst in the wilds of New Jersey.

More to follow...

You know it's a good session when everybody leaves with a little rug burn.

I knew halfway through the session last night that it was gonna be rough today. Worst in the joints - fingers and shoulders. But the rug burn's kinda a pain in the ass...

Memorable problems for me (not necessarily finished):

On the slab wall:
Black with the no-hands start to tiny thumb/index finger pinch to left *fingerpad* sloper!

Purple, crazy stem to no-hands to jazz hands.

Back corner:
Black with the sit start that only had a left hand two-pocket pinch to start. Big reach around a bulge from a so-so left hand pinch.

Front wall:
White, with the layback to slap on giant sloper.

White w/ black stripes. Didn't get a chance to try Mss Psssst's heel-hook beta.

Back wall:
Purple. This was just for sheer hilarity. Gold crimps; I've never seen crimps so small before. Finger-destroyer.

Cave:
Red 5.10. Something like a 30 move boulder problem on a 45 degree wall.
