split jerk (to 1x3x95)
7x2 split jerk (115,125,135,2x145,2x135)
5-5-2-2-2-5 deadlift (135,225,315,335,355,355)
~7 46-48" box jumps (between jerk sets)
Turning the back foot in better on the jerks now. Still tend to stiff leg the landing, only managed a few with a deep bend in the back leg.
Box jumps getting pretty popular. Crossfitters heckling each other to do it; there was video and threats of YouTube. We'll see where that goes.
