Front squats for February
I'm trying to get more morning Coles workouts into the mix, though I haven't quite arrived as early as KL yet.
warm up:
2x15 abductor & adductor on the hip machine #120?
10x turkish getup/windmill combo #25
1x barbell complex #60
20x burpees
5x5 front squats #135
Light but kept the depth, speed and form good. haven't done front squats in a while--and my wrists reminded me.
cool down:
2x (5 strict pull-up + 5 knees to elbows)
10 face-pull #120
