Warm-up:
good mornings
back squat
plate swings
3x5 overhead squat (95,115,135)

5x3 push press (135,145,150,155 [f3, bar to chin])
5x3 back squat (low-bar,belt; 205,235,245,255,260 [last rep shallow])

~6x5 clapping pullups

Very tired from a long week, so kept things brief. Push presses at 155 felt very doable, but I failed the last rep gloriously by smashing the bar into my chin. Also discovered my shoulder press form needs some work; 115 went up very slowly when I was warming up for the push presses. First time doing clapping pullups; these are super fun and feel good on the shoulder girdle. Kept it to sets of ~5 since the knurling on the bar was pretty painful.

What an awesome fail that must have been. I don't suppose you videotaped it?

Unfortunately no, but don't worry, if I ever capture something that good I'll make sure to post it.
