Quick stick: Texas, week 4, intensity
Warm-up:
good mornings and overhead squats (55, 65)
8-3-2-2-2-2 back squat (135, 185, 225, 235, 245, 255)
Got to the gym late but managed to squeeze in my Texas intensity session. Almost stalled out completely on the last rep @255, but managed to push through. Focused on a few low-bar pointers brought up by Melissa over at Byers Gets Diesel: keeping the elbows high and tight to form a shelf for the bar, narrowing my stance a bit (which I noticed last week), and keeping my gaze down.
