OHS felt all sorts of wrong today. Primary problem (maybe) was a tightening over the lateral aspect of my right knee, right where the biceps femoris tendon (hamstring) runs. I could feel myself compensating by widening my stance and rotating the foot out as I lowered into the squat. As Scott also pointed out, it pushed me up on my toes too. The end result was a lot of stability problems. Dropped the weight way down, but still felt out of sorts - more reps should help, as will a closer attention to posture and form.
