Felt that my dip and drive on the jerks wasn't great yesterday, so I used the push press to focus on a short, vertical and fast drive. Cleans felt good, although the video revealed some softness in the bottom position (eg., 180# in video). Need to focus on driving back up once I get the bar racked. Squats felt very easy.
