Back again
Did a whole slew of things with Heather and Linnaea at Palladium. Workout was fairly hard in general (in that it lasted near three hours) but there was nothing in particular that was worth mentioning. Did some cbale pulls, bench presses, walking lunges, dips, lat pulls, and some other stuff. This was mostly just to get my body used to moving properly again.
