Warm-up:
back squat (to doubles at 225#)
foam rolls hips, back and glutes
3x8 (per leg) static lunges (95,115,135)
2-2-1 (per arm) TGU + windmill (25,35,45# plates)
"Death by pullup"
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
BL: 12 rounds + 10 pullups (88 total)
rock rings (deadhangs)
Lunges felt great; I'm not sure why I don't do these, they feel like they will help my split jerk stability a lot. A few more pullups than last time, despite some terribly uncoordinated kipping. Finished up with lots of glute and hamstring stretching.
