Warm-up:
back squat (low-bar; to 3x225)

4x3 back squat (low-bar; 235,2x240,245)
4x3 shoulder press (95,3x105)
5-5-2-2-2 deadlift (135,225,315,335,345)
5x2 split jerk (95,3x115,135)

Managed to escape NYC before the snow hit, and found a Gold's gym in sunny California (with a view of the ocean no less). Very pleasantly surprised; tons of empty squat racks, straight barbells with sleeves that still spin, bumpers and kettlebells! Got a week pass, and cannot wait to C+J heavy! The jerks felt awesome today, what a difference it makes to land on flooring that doesn't wobble.

Took it easy today cause my calf is still very sore from the cramping a couple of days ago, and my back is sore from sitting on the plane for six hours. I guess this is what happens when you are old ...
