Warm-up:

A bit sloppy today. First clean ended up a power clean, and the jerk had a bit of press out. Hit myself in the chin with the bar on the third jerk. The bar had pretty aggressive knurling, so I noticed my thighs were a bit chewed up. I highlighted the damage in the image (sexy, no?), and I think that my thigh brush is too low? Any experts who can comment on what this means?
Went light on the snatches, and I kept power snatching. Will take advantage of the bumpers to work on this over the next week.
To be clear, the front squat sequence is 2 reps at 80%; rest; do 1 rep at 85%; rest; repeat that 3 times. I should have used 195 and 210 for my weights, but my legs were completely cooked; 195 felt very heavy.
