Sneak in technique
Warm-up:
front squat (to 2x2x185#)
Burgener warm-up
snatch balance
muscle snatch (to heavy single; 95,100,105,110)
2-position power snatch (high-hang/hang; to 95#)
2-position snatch (high-hang/hang; to 95#)
Had about forty minutes to get in and out of the gym. Was going to try to stay on the PMenu cycle, but I didn't have enough time, so I just focused on technique based on some advice I got over at the PMenu forums.
