5-5-2-2-5 deadlift (hook; 135,225,315,315,335 [belt])
A page from the Texas playbook. Squats felt great. Press felt very smooth, lost the last rep from lack of focus. Deadlift no good, mucho ice afterwards. I should definitely avoid loading the spine after traveling. Something about sitting on a train or plane that fatigues my back.
