Where am I? Burpees catch up.

I am in a beige, nondescript hotel room in Iowa City, Iowa; but where am I in my burpee challenge? I keep track of them at the office, and between throwing my back, which made me stop for 3 days, and traveling, I forgot exactly how many I am supposed to do each day. It really doesn't matter since I know I need to do more to catch up these three days which were in the upper 50s per day. I think I am supposed to be doing in the low 60s these days. Here's what I have done recently.

11/08: 3x25 = 75
11/09: 3x25 = 75
11/10: 3x25 = 75
11/11: 4x30 = 120

I really want to climb bad, but it will have to wait until next week. I just read about Sharma's send of Jumbo Love, wow, looks unbelievable. In the meantime, check out this trailer to Sharp End (the first and last 10 seconds are what you want to see, the rest is just sponsor advertising).

You did *extra credit burpees* today. That's just sick.

Well, the depressing hotel room did help...

BTW, I am with you on the handstand :-)

If the frequency with which you do them to show off at the rock gym is any indication, I think you care G ...

I meant I think she should do whatever she wants, and it does seem a bit extreme to think you should master everything! Maybe I am just saying this because I master almost nothing.

How's your back Brian? Mine is killing me, somehow all this sitting in planes and airports is aggravating the inflammation it seems.

Mine is improving, I'm deadlifting at > 90% again.

Sitting is definitely very rough on the back. I assume you are already doing this, but you should get up and move about frequently.

I've been doing the exercises described here every morning. I find the cat and camel exercise loosens up tightness after a heavy lifting day. Maybe it will help you out?

Thanks, I'll have to try those. The cat and camel is often part of my yoga sessions, but I haven't been in 2 weeks.
