Man, my snatch sucks. Form was so shockingly poor that I did 3-position snatches for the better part of an hour trying to fix things. Cleans were better, but I cut the jerks cause the gym was closing.
I was getting a kick out of this thread over at T-Nation earlier, and much to my amusement, I witnessed my own bit of gym douchebaggery today (don't get me wrong, I witness some everyday, but this was special). I saw a guy inspecting his fucking armpit hair in the mirror! Not in some corner real sneaky-like, but in the middle of the gym by the dumbbells, with a bunch of people watching. Real methodical, first one pit, then the other. For like 5 minutes; and it didn't bother him that I was staring at him like a slack-jawed idiot. WTF was he looking for? Ticks?
