Warm-up:
back squat (triples to 185#)
foam rolling

5x3 back squat (low-bar; 235)
3x3 snatch-grip deadlift (185)
5x5 push press (115)
3x max strict pullups (11,6,8)
Squats felt good. I realize that I've been less attentive to form lately, so I paid close attention today. Push presses felt suprisingly heavy. I wasn't finishing the leg drive, and there were only a few reps where the bar 'floated' up. Would be good to get some video. Uh, guess I have been slacking on the pullups, eh?
