Texas, week 2, intensity
warm-up:
back squat to 225
3x1 back squat (225, 235, 240)
3x1 shoulder press (105, 110, 115[f])
cool-down:
100 days of burpees 14 (with Guillaume)
Catching up with the intensity day from the last cycle (compare to Week 1). Despite a complaining lower back (must have been last week's deadlifts), squats felt good. Presses on the other hand felt terrible - almost blacked out on the first one. I think I need to regulate my breathing and breath-holding better, but certainly noticed that a properly tight core made the squats *much* easier.
Still have some weekend penalty burpees to do...

Man, once you get into the high 50's those penalty burpees are gonna really suck.
