Warm-up:
back squat (to triples at 185#)
5x5 back squat (215)
5x5 shoulder press (90 [last rep was a slight push press])
3x2 deadlift (315)
2 rounds:
10 towel pullups
10 dips
Absolutely smashed after the deadlifts, not sure if I managed to fight off a mystery illness. Squats weren't necessarily easier than last week (same weight), but form was probably better; can go up next week if I eat enough. I wanted to bench, but no benches were available, so I settled for some pressing. Thoracic extension did not feel great on some of the deadlifts.
