Texas, week 1, recovery
Warm-up:
squats to 155
3x3 squat (175)
3x3 shoulder press (75)
Cool-down:
100 days of burpees 2
Short and sweet today, still sore from Monday but felt good to work through the range of motion. Still need to regain flexibility at the bottom of the squat. Focused on quicker down and back up out of the hole today. Mostly felt smooth, but stalled slightly on one or two reps, at 1/2-2/3 extension.
Played around a bit with the low-bar squat, though the proper position on the back was tricky to nail. Definitely felt the limited ROM at the bottom with the wider hips; felt pretty solid.
