Warm-up:
11 burpees
5 rounds of:
5 L pull-ups
5 burpees
cool-down:
15 burpees (100 days of burpees 15)
Making up some leftovers from the weekend (11, 12, 13) plus today's allotment. Warm-up and cool-down sets continuous but slowed down at the end. Kinda felt just like the cartoon.
