Texas, week 8, volume

Warm-up:
back squat (to triples at 185#)

5x5 back squat (210)
2-2-2-1 (3x315,365)
5x5 bench press (125)

5x3 weighted pullups (55# DB)

Last rep of each set of back squats was tough. Deadlifts felt great, the single at 365# was just to make sure it wasn't a fluke last time. Still had gas in the tank, and didn't even have chalk. Bench felt better, go up 5# for a couple of sets next time.
