I was planning on doing OHS today, but some guys had the squat rack almost the entire time I was in the gym, so I opted for some Oly lifting instead. I'm pretty happy with the lifts, and blew my previous attempts completely out of the water. Will definitely do this with more weight next time. I was getting tired at the end of some of the sets, and a few of the third lifts were a little ugly, but I was pretty sure I wouldn't crush either myself or anyone else with the bar. Moving up plate sizes was pretty awesome too; it had a huge effect on the feel of the lift. Bumper plates would be even more awesome.

Nice! Not far off your OHS max, no?
Not far at all. I think my OHS max is right around 135. Maybe I'll give that a go today.
