Texas, week 7, volume
Warm-up:
back squat (to 5x155#)
5x5 back squat (205)
5x5 bench press (125 [f last rep of last 2 sets])
3x1 deadlift (315,335,355)
Squats felt very easy today, likely due to the skipped intensity session. Can go up 5# next week. Bench sucked; I think mostly because I tried too hard to keep my elbows close to my sides. Stay at this weight and adjust elbow angle. Deadlifts felt fine, some grip issues due to lack of chalk.
