Texas, week 7, recovery
Warm-up:
back/front squat (triples to 155#)
3x3 front squat (185)
2-1-1-1 deadlift (315 [w],335 [s],355 [w],365 [s])
3x3 bench press (125)
4x3 weighted pullup (55# DB)
Absolutely could not resist pulling. Alternated strong and weak grips. Last rep was close to max effort, and form was definitely less than perfect, with the hips rising faster than the shoulders.
