Texas, week 5, recovery

Warm-up:
front squat (triples to 155#)

3x3 front squat (185)
3x3 shoulder press (95)
3x2 deadlift (275)

3x1.5 min front plank

Still tweaking deadlift technique at heavier weights. Will lay off the deadlifting volume next week.
