Texas, week 4, intensity
Warm-up:
back squat (triples to 185#)
3x1 back squat (255,260,265)
3x1 bench press (155,160,165 [f])
3x1 deadlift (315,315,225)
4x200 m sprints (treadmill, incline=1.5; 8,8.7,9.1,9.7 mph)
Squats had really good depth, although the last rep went up a bit slow. Bench press felt OK, although I think I lost the last rep more to failure of technique than strength. Forearms were too fried from climbing yesterday, so deadlifts were for technique (videotaped). Sprints weren't actually fast enough to call sprints. Try and fix that next time.

Nice work, the squat in particular seems to be coming along...
I'm gonna get back on the wagon this week with the Texas. We'll see how it goes.
Yup, I'm hoping it will get me to 2x bodyweight!
