Got some squattin' in. Adrienne's form is improving already; notice that her 5 rep squat is only five pounds below her one rep max from the CFT as few days ago. Also, the row wasn't much of a cooldown, but I thought we should give those legs muscles an extra tweak.

Hmmm ... rowing after squats ... may have to try that one.
Yeah, I was going really strong for the first 250 yds at around 1:30, but then leg strength flagged horribly and I pullled 1:45-1:50 for the rest of the distance. Legs were good and rubbery at the end of it all.
