Texas, week 5, volume

Warm-up:
back squat (triples to 135#)

5x5 back squat (195)
5x5 shoulder press (3x90,85,85 [f last rep])
4x1 deadlift (315)
5x5 chest-supported row (80)

Squats felt great, can go up 5# next week. Hope to finish the presses next week. Deadlifts mostly for technique (focusing on keeping a neutral spine). Chest-supported rows can go up 5# next week.
