Warm-up:
back squat (triples to 185#)

5x3 back squat (200,205,205 [last rep spotted],2x200)
3x10 towel pullups (last set broken)
3x3 (per arm) push press (55# KB)

Squats were pretty tough, a couple of looong reps. Unilateral push presses felt pretty neat. Messed around alot with pistols.
