With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
SS: 11 + 10 pull-ups (76 reps)KL: 14 even (105 reps)
Wanted a quick workout (read, active rest), and this was it. We went up to the roof since it was so nice out, though the thick bars make me question our decision. Kenway improved on his previous score, but died on the 15th round.
[Ed. note: Added as a reminder for KL, who could/should have gotten at least some reps in on the 15th round, but let his ripped up hands sap his motivation]
