This is what happens when you don't practice
Warm-up:
overhead squat
front squat (triples to 175#)
split jerk (doubles to 105#)
7x1 clean & jerk (2x115,2x125,4x130)
Cooldown with handstand practice. Cleans felt fine. Jerks were all over the place, slow and footwork was sloppy. Not surprising considering that I haven't C&J'd in awhile.
