btw, I'm going to the crossfit beginner class this Saturday at 10:00 AM if you're interested. I think Adrienne might come too.
Where is this beginner class being held? Who is putting it on?
Nice job with Fat Cindy, gentlemen! Thinking about it kinda makes me want to vomit. I plan on hitting this one soon, as soon as my wrist heals up a little.
And on the chance of rain on Saturday, I'd be up for the beginner class too...
The Black Box is putting it on at their new temporary Manhattan location at 39 W. 38th St.(between 5th & 6th Ave). They have free (for first-timers) beginner classes every Saturday and Sunday at 10:00 AM.
I want to take their elements classes but I have to take a beginner class first, so I'm heading down there this Saturday. Unfortunately, the elements classes run once a month (8 classes total) so I'll have to wait till July to get in on that. The beginner classes are free for people in the elements classes too, so I thought maybe I'd sign up for July and then just attend the beginner class for the remainder of the month.
