Warm-up:
Set of max rep pull-ups
KL: 15
BL: 20
Not as impressive as a pole pull-up (see right) or Brian's crazy numbers, but nice to get the reps in - keeping my shoulders active at the bottom helped get the reps up.
Took a relaxed approach to a couple of hours climbing at TRC with Brian and Joana. Powered up with a little Carvel first, then hit some TR 11s and worked a few boulder problems, with Joana discovering the beauty of the drop-knee backstep.

And let's not forget Joana's insane idea to run laps on toprope!
