Seven rounds for time of:
75 pound Shoulder Press, 21 reps (subbed 2x65#, 5x50#)
21 Back extensions
SS 22:53
wow, my shoulders are completely blown. First round completely unbroken, but I was hard pressed to even finish the second round. I dropped weight after that, and it was a good thing I did cause I started hitting failure with the lighter weight during the fourth round. Usually opened up the round with 6-8 presses, down to sets of three by the end of the round. Back extensions were easy. There was about a net 60 seconds forced rest in the time as I waited for the back extension to become free again.
