5x5 overhead press
SS: 95, 105, 110(f 1st), 2x105, 100
KL: 95, 105(f 4th), 100, 105(f 4th), 100
cooldown:
walking lunges up and down a basketball court
Had time for a very brief workout this morning. Nice to get some shoulder work in, it seems like forever since either Kenway or I have done 5x5 overhead press. Both of us put up better scores than the last time, so that's good. I guess the occasional vacation from training really is a good idea.

I don't know, felt pretty tough to me. Squat rack was taken so we cleaned it from the floor at the start of each round.
