Older and wiser

Warm-up:
Good mornings
KTE
Front squats

10x1 front squat
2x185 - felt tightening and weakness in lower back, quit after 2 rounds

5x5 shoulder press
95 (f5), 85, 85, 90, 90 (f5)

Tried to get in the max single FS workout from the day I had my sudden grounding, but still sore in my right lower back and glute. At 185# could get the weight up but definitely felt it twinging, and the movement felt compromised. Wisdom prevailed and I went to shoulder press instead; another few days rest will help, perhaps...
