Attempted Murph today, and almost lost my lunch.

70 pull-ups
140 push-ups
210 squats

Broke the rounds 'Cindy-style' so, 5-10-15. Completed 14 rounds, but was having trouble keeping food down after the 8th round or so. Not too much problem with muscle failure at the rate I was going, but I was taking an increasing amount of rest to settle the stomach. I hadn't really thought of this before, but if you meet pukie on the roof of Coles, where should you go? I guess I should bring a bucket next time.
