I was starting to feel the effects of eating massive amounts of pork for every meal of the day, and decided the best I could do was some quick Tabata intervals in the hotel before, you guessed it, going out to eat more pork. Oddly enough, the last time I did Tabatas was right before eating a massive amount of pork ...
Tabata intervals (8 rounds, 20 s on 10 s off):
pushups (23,22,8,8,8,7,6,6 = 88)
squats (22,21,18,17,17,16,16,16 = 143)
No rests between exercises. I think I was sweating fat! Time to go eat!
