Pre-pork Tabata

Warm-up:
shoulder press
pushups
squats

Tabata intervals (no rest between exercises):
pushups (22,15,9,7,6,6,6,6) = 77
squats (22,20,20,17,17,17,17,17) = 147

Forgot how awful this was. Now I'm hungry.
