Another challenge

Couple new workouts to try:

1. This challenge originated as a challenge between two Crossfit stalwarts (Bionic vs OPT).

Complete 5 rounds for time of:
7 pull-ups
7 thrusters (M:95#/W:65#)
7 ring dips (sub bar if necessary)
7 burpees

2. The Bear

5 rounds:
7 sets of
Power Clean
Front Squat
Pushpress
Back Squat
Pushpress

Rest between rounds as needed, increase to max load.
Rules:
- bar can rest anywhere except the ground during a round
- cleans: from ground to full extension (squat or power clean OK)
- presses, jerking and combining the squats/presses into thrusters OK
- if clean is full squat clean, must resquat
