5x3 shoulder press (85,4x90)
5x5 ring dips
5x7 ring pushups
Finished off with lots of foam rolling and mobility exercises. Trying to keep those shoulders ready for action tomorrow!
Tested out a fast last night/today. Lasted 17 hours, and I broke it with a kale and beef stir-fry (leftovers). Then I hit the gym, and followed that with a turkey taco dinner. Fast wasn't bad, although Jade said I was cranky. I chalk it up to the fact that I was in Crate & Barrel.
