Warm-up:
05 mi run

4x 800 m runs (treadmill, incline=1.5, 5 min rest between runs)
3:52, 3:51, 3:51, 3:52

2 rounds:
1.5 min front plank
1 min (per side) side plank

Runs felt decent, with the added benefit of loosening up my shoulder girdle. All the bouldering last night reminded me to work some transferable core work back into the mix.

A little core work will help out bouldering, for sure, especially if you add in some L-hangs or L-pullups.
