Clean & Jerk 15-12- and 9 reps
Touch and go at floor only. Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul. No dumping. Use same load for each set. Rest as needed between sets.
KL, SS, ED: 95#
Cooldown:
KL 2x10 GHD situps (subbed at Smith machine)
SS 2x10 115# BP
Done as power cleans and push jerks. Felt like could have gone a little higher, maybe 100 0r 105. A bit of an odd workout, you have to balance going faster and pushing the metcon with going slower and taxing the grip. Will try again sometime the near future with a little more weight.
