Getting back on track

Warm-up:
pushups and situps
good mornings
back squats to 135#

Crossfit WOD 080421
5-5-5-5-5 back squat
2x185, 2x190, 195

2x
1:30 front plank
10 supermans

All this recent climbing has left me with a tweaky lower back, the squats felt weak at first but better as they progressed. Remembering to breathe before every rep helped tremendously. Could go up a bit in weight, was limited by back tightness rather than leg strength.
